Straight Up Red Texas Yucca (Hesperaloe)

Hesperaloe parviflora ‘Straight Up Red’ PPAF is essentially sterile by putting all its energy into growing flowers instead of seeds. ‘Straight Up Red’ Texas Yucca is an outstanding performer that produces a summer-long display of red-pink flowers held on strongly upright growing flower spikes. Use this selection when uniformity of size and shape are important. Hesperaloe will often take 2 to 3 years to reach blooming size.
