Return & Exchange Guidelines

1 Timeframe for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. This gives you time to inspect your new garden additions and ensure they meet your expectations.

2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Properly hydrated and cared for since arrival
  • Accompanied by original packaging when possible
  • Returned with all plant tags and identification

3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of living plants and their seasonal requirements, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Flower Bulbs (including Daffodil, Crocus, and Allium bulbs) once planting season has begun
  • Alternative Lawns and Grass & Lawn Seed once opened
  • Plants that show signs of improper care or neglect
  • Custom or special order bulb collections
