Yes! We consider regional conditions when preparing your plants. Whether you’re gardening in high-elevation areas like Colorado or drought-prone regions like Texas, our plants are carefully selected and packaged to thrive in your local environment.
Do you offer plants for creating bee-friendly gardens?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated selection of bee-friendly plants, including Agastache (Hummingbird Mint), Aster, and many others that attract and support pollinators.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carried by DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after shipping (processing time 1-2 business days).
• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more, carried by EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipping (processing time 1-2 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our regional expertise ensures your plants are prepared appropriately for your location.
How are plants packaged for shipment?
Our gardening experts carefully package each plant using specially designed containers and protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for planting.

Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, free shipping via EMS is available for orders of $50 or more.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every plant we ship. If you’re not satisfied with your plants’ condition upon arrival, please contact our gardening specialists within 15 days of receipt. We’re committed to ensuring your gardening success.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos of the damaged items. We’ll work to make it right.
